The Difference is Striking!

Schilcher and Blauer Wildbacher have exactly one thing in common—they come from the same grape variety. But that’s where the similarity ends.
Here’s what the analysis revealed:
•    Schilcher contained 0.4 mg/L of polyphenols and 0.2 mg/L of flavonoids.
•    Blauer Wildbacher, on the other hand, measured 1.76 mg/L of polyphenols and 1.53 mg/L of flavonoids—four to eight times higher!
Only through scientific analysis did this significant difference become clear—quickly and objectively.
Even among red wines that undergo intensive maceration, the concentration of health-promoting compounds can vary by up to a factor of 10.
Analysis results form the foundation for evaluating wines according to the W&G Wine & Health system.
Polyphenols and flavonoids have been shown to:
•    Reduce the risk of heart attack by up to 50%
•    Slow down cellular aging
•    Neutralize free radicals
•    Lower blood pressure
And all of these benefits can be achieved with moderate consumption—one to two glasses (125 ml each) per day.
